Apostolos C. Tovletoglou was born at Thessaloniki in 1986. He holds his Diploma in Computer Science and Communications from Technological Institute of Serres (2009). He has been collaborating with the institute to set the wireless network of the university (2006), and to build a database of computer material of the laboratories (2007).

His work experience briefing on co-Programmer on GIS for GeoInfo (2006), Network Technical for InSpot (2007), web programmer for e-Magine (2007) and Project Manager of IT department for LastOffer (2008-2010). At the military he work on communication centre of DSS Military camp and maintain the computer system with the level of privet first class (2009-2010). He is currently post graduate student in Computer Science of Ionian University (2010-)
